Refund policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

You may return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at lastmode@outlook.de with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not accept returns on used, washed, or personalized items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
